In 1957, J. Neale MacDonald (pictured to the right with his wife, Louise) founded the J. Neale MacDonald Company, Inc.
In 1989 J. Neale MacDonald Company, Inc. merged with RBM Adjusting Services, Inc. and the name was changed to The MacDonald Companies, Inc.
In 1996, The MacDonald Companies, Inc. acquired Claims Management, Inc. Claims Management Inc. was primarily engaged in administration of reinsurance run-off claims, auditing and adjusting of credit property losses.
In 1998 we became a regional office of Network Adjusters, Inc.
In 2004 we became the Connecticut affiliate of National Claims Professionals, Inc.
In 2005 the MacDonald Companies, Inc. entered into a team partnership with Atlantic Risk Management to provide enhanced Third Party Administration and Independent Adjusting services to our clients. Please visit www.armmac.com.
